Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245(a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation (GHHFC)—a public entity of the Government of the Virgin Islands, has established the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) to provide procurement, delivery, installation, placement, verification, and closeout of all items identified in this solicitation. Acting on behalf of Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital (JFLH), THRT is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractor to provide and install all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) components necessary for the successful delivery of a fully functional, turnkey Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment implementation services for all furniture identified in this solicitation for Interim Hemodialysis Outpatient Facility. 

The new facility, encompassing approximately 6,769 square feet, is located at 12C and 14A La Grande Princesse, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820. This state-of-the-art facility when constructed will include 18 treatment bays specifically designed to accommodate outpatient hemodialysis services
