The Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR) plans and directs all human resources (HR) operations and takes the lead for all human resources related functions at SRMC.  The VPHR works under the general direction of the CEO to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them. The VPHR provides guidance regarding human capital to support leadership, and communicates, monitors, and provides solutions to ensure HR policy is developed and followed across the organization. Additional areas of oversight include the recruitment/retention, training/development, and employee/labor relations processes, and reward/recognition and compensation/benefit programs. The VPHR must possess and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, to ensure employee relations are healthy throughout the organization. This person assumes responsibility and accountability for the duties and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center.  Salary: Based on experience.
