Assumes responsibility and accountability for providing safe, effective, quality patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence based practice. The Staff Nurse also provides leadership and supervision of unit and employees.
Must have successfully completed an approved Nursing Program and passed the RN NCLEX exam. Requires a V. I. RN License and BLS Certification. ACLS & PALS preferred.
