Must be a qualified medical doctor who has successfully completed a U.S. residency in Radiology. Must be licensed
to practice medicine in the United States Virgin Islands and must be board-certified in their specialty within 5 years of joining the organization. Must be credentialed in Schneider Regional Medical Center as an associate or active member with appropriate
privileges in Radiology to provide consultation and expertise for the interpretation of medical imaging, including but not limited to x-rays, computerized tomography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and fluoroscopy. They will use these modalities to diagnose
and make treatment decisions regarding patients’ health problems and collaborate with other medical providers on the appropriate management of patients and their conditions.
Education & Experience
Completion of a Radiology residency at an ACGME accredited institution. Holds a current VI Medical License.

Hazards & Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day, walk up to 4 hours a day, and sit for up to 4 hours a day. Must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs. and lift/carry up to 20lbs on an occasional basis. Exposure to ionizing radiation during imaging procedures and fluoroscopy. Exposure to electrical equipment and medical devices. Is aware of the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, blood, and/or body fluids.
Specific Requirements
Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red
Cross Professional Rescuer BLS or ACLS is required.
