Provides supervision for housekeeping staff under the director of the Environmental Services Director. The incumbent is responsible for task delegation, monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality-of-service delivery using the principles and practices of continuous quality improvement.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in a hospital or hotel in progressively responsible housekeeping service roles, with at least 6 months of supervisory experience.

Exposure to dirt, toxic materials/chemicals, air contaminants, and temperature extremes; walking, sitting, standing, stooping, or kneeling. Work in this category involves prolonged standing and walking; employees may be required to lift or pull up to 50 lbs.
