Under the general supervision of the Supervisors or Department Director, work involves independent performance and working under established procedures. Performs various tasks and operations to prepare food items for patients and cafeteria customers according to established standards. Ensures food is cooked and prepared appealingly. This person assumes responsibility and accountability for the duties and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center.
