(Full Time)

Cook II performs a variety of task and operations to prepare food items and set up patient and cafeteria meal service. Review production sheets, assemble food supplies and equipment for each meal service. Determine what menu items to prepare using established food production policies and procedures. Prep and cook appropriate foods following production sheets. Follow all recipes and other production information to complete preparation of assigned menu items

Specific Requirements

Must have a current VI Food Handlers Card.
