Your visit to the SCHNEIDER REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER website does not require submission of any information about yourself. If you communicate with SRMC via e-mail or subscribe to one of our on-line publications, we will request information sufficient to enable a reply, or to forward any requested material. In such cases, we will not share this information with any of our partners, affiliates or members of SRMC. Our website may log the IP addresses of visitors, but only to administer the site and diagnose problems with our server.  IP addresses are not used to identify individuals.

This site contains links to other sites. SCHNEIDER REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.  Users will “accept” or “decline” a statement of this policy before following such links.

Patient Rights

Your rights as a patient at any SCHNEIDER REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER facility includes the right to personal privacy and confidentiality. SRMC patients also have the right to be provided care in a safe environment, which includes being free from all forms of abuse and harassment, and access to protective services, if needed. Patient rights with respect to health information include:

  • The right to request restricted access to your protected health information.
  • The right to request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of your protected health information.
  • The right to receive an accounting of disclosures of your protected health information.
