RESPIRATORY THERAPIST is required to have a sound knowledge and proficiency in the treatment of respiratory disorders for inpatients and outpatients with various types of media (i.e., oxygen and other therapeutic gases, mist inhalation equipment and ventilators).
BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS Certification by a recognized association required; RRT preferred. Respiratory Therapy License in good standing required. All ACLS, PALS, NRP Certifications shall be renewed within 60 days of expiration.
