The Clinical Care Coordinator assumes the responsibility of developing and implementing the philosophy and objective of the Hospital and the Nursing Department. The CCC administers, directs and coordinates activities of nursing and patient care services. Supervises both administrative and clinical functions for the purpose of providing safe and competent care to the patient. Collaborates with other health disciplines and supportive services in coordinating and supervising the management of the units and patient care delivery.
Current VI RN license and AHA BLS certification. PALS and ACLS certification recommended. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use discretion regarding confidential matters. Must possess confidence and comfort level with computer systems, word processing programs and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
