Under the general supervision of the Supervisors or Department Director, the Administrator Officer II work involves independent performance and working under established procedures. Performs a variety of task and operations to prepare food items and set up patient and cafeteria meal services.May also be responsible for preparing food for other areas of the department for meal service for patients and visitors. Duties as involve training and some supervision of Food Service employees. Assumes supervisory tasks in the absence of the area supervisor. May assist with other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Director.The Administrative Officer II assumes responsibility and accountability for the duties of the position and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center and the Dietary Department.
qualifications
Any combination of a High School Diploma or an equivalent certificate from an accredited institution, vocational or technical certificate of completion, with 5or moreyears of applicable experience in related field.
