The Specialty Clinic Practice Administrator (SCPA) is responsible for managing and operating the daily administrative processes and staff of the Schneider Regional Medical Center’s Specialty clinics. The SCPA assists with business improvement plans, management of the specialty clinics’ finances and staff. The SCPA monitors activities for compliance in health industry regulations. This person reports to the Chief Medical Officer or their designee. This person assumes responsibility and accountability for the duties and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center.
Work in this category is majorly sedentary and involves sitting, some standing and walking; may be required to lift or pull up to 10 lbs. frequently or 20 lbs. Occasionally; will work in an office and throughout the building daily.
