The Patient Experience Manager (PEO) is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that improve patient satisfaction and engagement within Schneider Medical Center (SRMC). The PEO will work with senior leadership, physicians, and staff to create a culture of excellence in customer service and patient experience. The PEO collaborates with managers, staff, and leaders in executing the patient experience strategy. The PEO will also be responsible for analyzing patient feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and developing action plans to address those opportunities. The PEO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and community stakeholders, including patients, families, physicians, and staff.
The PEO reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. This person assumes responsibility and accountability for the duties of the position and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center and their respective department.
Must be able to stand or walk for up to 5 hours a day and sit for up to 3 hours a day. Is aware of risk of exposure to communicable diseases; blood and/or body fluids.
