The HR Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Schneider Regional Medical Center. This includes posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating, selecting, candidates to fill vacancies and ensure that the process is consistent with personnel policies and regulatory standards.
This position works collaboratively with the Leadership Team and other stakeholders. The HR Recruiter collects and analyzes statistical data and provides reports concerning all aspects of recruitment activities to assess trends, and recommend policies, practices, and programs, where appropriate. The HR Recruiter examines the financial impact of various endeavors related to filling vacancies and makes recommendations as warranted, pertaining to compensation and salary scales. This position is exempt and reports to the Human Resources Manager. This person assumes responsibility and is accountable for the duties of the position and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center and the Human Resources Department.
