The HR Analyst is responsible for conducting analytical support work. This person will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics for all areas of Human Resources to include compensation and benefits analysis, recruitment, retention initiatives, and labor relations. The HR Analyst makes recommendations based on analysis of data in support of human resources objectives. This position helps to ensure maximum efficiency of HR functions and ensures reliability of
HR data. The HR Analyst is responsible for maintaining and updating personnel information to support and implement agency objectives. This work involves planning and coordinating detailed work in connection with administering the departmental budget including the compilation of statistical data for past and current years to justify funds requested for filled and vacant positions. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager. Reports are reviewed by senior level officials. Additionally, the HR Analyst will assist in researching and developing various HR initiatives. This person assumes responsibility and accountability for the duties of the position and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center and the Human Resources Department.
