Directs and manages patient care activities on assigned unit(s) and supervises unit(s) administrative and clinical functions. Works collaboratively with other disciplines and supportive services to ensure safe and efficient quality care to all patients; and enforces the education and implementation of the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and nursing department. This person assumes responsibility and accountability for the position’s duties and is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Schneider Regional Medical Center and their respective departments.
