St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands — Tina Comissiong, Esq., Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Regional Medical Center (SRMC), invites the public to attend “Dinner with a Doctor” on Friday, November 18th at 6:00 pm in the Sunroom of the Roy Lester Schneider Hospital.

In recognition of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month and National Family Caregivers Month, Dr. James Nelson, Neurologist, will discuss the signs, symptoms, and treatment options for Alzheimer’s Disease.

Alzheimer’s is a severe condition that affects more than 6.2 million Americans, robbing them of their ability to live independently, think clearly, recall events, or recognize loved ones. Alzheimer’s also affects more than 11 million family members and friends across the nation caring for those with the disease.
